Role Overview
Apply your biochemistry knowledge to train next-generation AI systems in the life sciences. In this contractor role you will review and validate biochemical content, help shape realistic use cases and scenarios, and provide domain-informed feedback that improves how models learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience is required; deep domain expertise in biochemistry is the priority.
Key Responsibilities- Review complex biochemical datasets, research findings, and laboratory protocols to provide expert-level annotation and validation.
- Develop and refine content, use cases, and scenarios grounded in current biochemistry practice for use in AI model training.
- Assess scientific validity and clarity of biochemistry-related prompts, model-generated outputs, and informational resources.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate domain-specific insights into actionable feedback for model improvement.
- Identify knowledge gaps, ambiguities, and edge cases in biochemical content to increase model robustness.
- Deliver clear, concise written and verbal explanations of complex concepts to inform training and evaluation processes.
- Participate in iterative review cycles to maintain accuracy and relevance of biochemistry inputs over time.
- Required skill: biochemistry.
- Preferred: advanced degree (Master''s, PhD, or equivalent experience) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in biochemical mechanisms, laboratory methods, and current scientific literature.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills applied to data interpretation and problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to clarity and detail.
- Experience contributing to scientific publications, peer review, or educational content is a plus.
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration in research, biotech, or health science projects is desirable.
- Curiosity about technology and willingness to apply domain knowledge in AI contexts. No prior AI experience required.
