Role Overview

Use your biochemistry expertise to train and validate next-generation AI systems in the life sciences. You will review biochemical content, identify gaps and edge cases, and provide high-quality domain input that shapes how models learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience is required; deep subject matter knowledge in biochemistry is the primary qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review complex biochemical datasets, research findings, and laboratory protocols to produce accurate annotations and validation.
  • Develop and refine content, use cases, and scenarios grounded in current biochemistry practice for AI model training.
  • Assess scientific validity and clarity of biochemistry-related prompts, model outputs, and informational resources.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate domain insights into actionable feedback for model improvement.
  • Identify knowledge gaps, ambiguities, and edge cases within biochemical content to increase model robustness.
  • Provide clear, concise written and verbal explanations of complex concepts to inform AI training.
  • Participate in iterative review cycles to maintain the accuracy and relevance of biochemistry inputs.
Qualifications
  • Required skill: biochemistry.
  • Advanced degree preferred, such as Master’s, PhD, or equivalent experience in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in biochemical mechanisms, laboratory methods, and current scientific literature.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills applied to data interpretation and problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to clarity and detail.
  • Experience contributing to scientific publications, peer review, or educational content is a plus.
  • Comfort collaborating across disciplines, ideally in research, biotech, or health science settings.
  • Curiosity about technology and willingness to apply domain knowledge to AI-focused work.

Compensation

Pay rate: $60.00 to $80.00 per hour.
