About this role
Apply advanced biochemistry expertise to help train next-generation AI systems for life sciences applications. You will provide accurate, real-world scientific input that improves how models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities- Review complex biochemical datasets, research findings, and protocols for expert annotation and validation.
- Develop and refine biochemistry content, use cases, and scenarios for AI training.
- Assess the scientific validity and clarity of biochemistry prompts, model-generated outputs, and informational resources.
- Translate domain-specific insights into actionable feedback for technical teams.
- Identify knowledge gaps, ambiguities, and edge cases in biochemical content to strengthen model robustness.
- Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex biochemical concepts.
- Participate in iterative review cycles to maintain the accuracy and relevance of biochemistry inputs.
- Advanced degree, including a Master''s, PhD, or equivalent experience, in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in biochemical mechanisms, laboratory methods, and current scientific literature.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for data interpretation and problem solving.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to clarity and detail.
- Experience with scientific publications, peer review, or educational content is preferred.
- Experience collaborating across disciplines, ideally in research, biotechnology, or health science projects, is preferred.
- Interest in technology and willingness to apply domain knowledge in AI-focused work.
- Remote contract engagement.
- $60 to $80 per hour.
