Role Overview

Apply your pharmacology expertise to shape how next-generation AI systems learn and reason. As a remote contractor on a customer-driven project with micro1, you will review and improve pharmacological content, provide subject-matter feedback on AI outputs, and help convert complex pharmacology into high-quality training material. No prior AI experience is required; domain knowledge in pharmacology is the priority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate pharmacological content for accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance.
  • Develop and curate scenarios, case studies, and datasets focused on pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug interactions, and therapeutic applications.
  • Provide expert feedback on AI-generated responses to pharmacology queries, ensuring scientific rigor and adherence to clinical standards.
  • Translate complex pharmacology concepts into accessible information suitable for AI model training.
  • Identify gaps or inaccuracies in existing materials and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refine guidelines and datasets in line with current pharmacological standards.
  • Document methodologies and the rationale behind pharmacological decisions within project deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree such as PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical, molecular, or systems pharmacology.
  • Experience authoring, reviewing, or teaching pharmacology-related content in academic, clinical, or industry settings.
  • Familiarity with current global guidelines, regulatory standards, and best practices in drug therapy and safety.
  • Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills, with the ability to discern nuances in complex pharmacological data.
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Previous participation in digital, AI, or data annotation projects is an asset but not required.
  • Required skill: pharmacology.
Work Terms

Independent contractor role, performed remotely. Engagement is on a customer-driven project basis. No prior AI experience is required. Contractor will contribute subject-matter expertise to training data and evaluation workflows.

Compensation

Pay range: $60.00 to $80.00 per hour.
