Role Overview
Apply advanced pharmacology expertise to help train and improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, clinically grounded content, evaluations, and feedback. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review pharmacological content for accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance.
- Create and curate scenarios, case studies, and datasets covering pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug interactions, and therapeutic applications.
- Evaluate AI-generated answers to pharmacology questions for scientific rigor and clinical adherence.
- Translate complex pharmacology concepts into accessible training material.
- Identify gaps and inaccuracies in existing materials and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refine guidelines and datasets in line with current pharmacological standards.
- Document the methodologies and rationale behind pharmacological decisions and recommendations in project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree, such as a PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent, in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical, molecular, or systems pharmacology.
- Experience authoring, reviewing, or teaching pharmacology content in academic, clinical, or industry settings.
- Knowledge of current global guidelines, regulatory standards, and best practices for drug therapy and safety.
- Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills for complex pharmacological data.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience with digital, AI, or data-annotation projects is helpful but not required.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $60 to $80 per hour.
