Role Overview
Apply your biology expertise to help train and improve AI systems for life sciences applications. This remote contract role centers on translating real-world scientific knowledge into accurate training data, evaluations, and feedback. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, annotate, and provide expert feedback on biological datasets and educational content.
- Write, assess, and edit laboratory reports, research papers, and field-study narratives for scientific accuracy and clarity.
- Develop and refine prompts, queries, and data inputs that support AI understanding of biological concepts.
- Identify gaps, ambiguities, and inaccuracies in AI-generated content, then provide corrections and expert context.
- Collaborate remotely with project managers and technical teams through precise written and verbal communication.
- Create educational or reference materials used in AI training and validation.
- Stay current with biology and related life sciences standards and trends.
Qualifications
- BSc, MSc, or PhD in Biology, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Experience authoring laboratory reports, peer-reviewed research papers, or field studies.
- Strong scientific writing skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to analyze and interpret biological data from experimental or literature sources.
- Academic research experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to scientific rigor and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Remote collaboration experience on scientific, research, or educational projects is preferred.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $20 to $40 per hour.
