Apply advanced mathematical expertise to help improve AI systems through rigorous problem solving, clear technical analysis, and high-quality feedback. This remote contract role focuses on evaluating and creating mathematical content that strengthens how models reason and perform.
Key Responsibilities- Review, evaluate, and develop solutions for advanced pure and applied mathematics problems.
- Write detailed, well-organized explanations, mathematical proofs, and technical analyses.
- Assess AI-generated mathematical outputs for accuracy, clarity, and rigor, then provide actionable feedback.
- Create and annotate domain-specific datasets for model training and benchmarking.
- Document technical methods and communicate complex mathematical ideas clearly in writing and conversation.
- Collaborate remotely with subject matter experts across mathematical disciplines.
- BSc, MSc, or PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field.
- Advanced mathematics and mathematical problem-solving expertise.
- Experience writing research papers, mathematical proofs, or technical reports.
- Experience reviewing or critiquing mathematical reasoning, logic, or computational solutions.
- Ability to translate complex mathematical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with precision and clarity.
- Familiarity with current mathematical trends, open problems, or applications in related fields.
- Ability to work independently, manage deliverables, and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
- No prior AI experience is required.
