Role Overview
Apply advanced mathematics expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, high-quality training content. You will solve and explain complex problems across undergraduate and graduate mathematics, turning rigorous subject knowledge into clear, useful model responses. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive, accurate responses to complex mathematics prompts across undergraduate and graduate curricula.
- Review, refine, and deliver high-quality reference answers for AI training.
- Analyze mathematical problems, proofs, and concepts, and present structured, accessible explanations.
- Work with a distributed group of experts to maintain clarity, precision, and educational value.
- Provide feedback that improves project guidelines, response standards, and content workflows.
- Meet project expectations for formatting, quality, and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong expertise in calculus, research methodology, and mathematics, particularly at the graduate level.
- Demonstrated academic excellence and subject-matter depth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Experience writing or reviewing mathematics materials such as textbooks, exams, problem sets, or journal articles.
- Familiarity with multiple areas of pure and applied mathematics.
- Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to precision, and comfort with collaborative, iterative feedback.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
- Payment is task-based for submissions that meet project specifications, and completion time may vary by experience and workflow.

Compensation
Compensation is advertised at $80 to $90 per hour, with payment structured per qualifying task.
