Role Overview

Lead recruitment marketing efforts to attract and convert top talent for a leading AI data lab. As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist on the extended team, you will plan, execute, and analyze recruitment marketing campaigns, manage content production across paid and organic channels, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve acquisition performance. You will work fully remotely in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting talent acquisition for domain experts across finance, healthcare, STEM engineering, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain the supply marketing team projects, keeping initiatives organized, prioritized, and current.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from inception through execution, aligning stakeholders on deliverables and timelines.
  • Manage production and delivery of organic and paid content across acquisition channels, including job boards, paid ads, social media, and email.
  • Oversee the marketing content pipeline, collaborating with content creators to ensure timely, high-quality output and adherence to content calendars.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance across paid ads, job boards, social media, email, and other platforms.
  • Surface actionable insights from channel and campaign data, and recommend optimizations to meet recruitment goals.
  • Champion clear communication across teams to ensure alignment and transparency at every project stage.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition marketing roles.
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple complex initiatives concurrently.
  • Demonstrated expertise in campaign performance monitoring and data-driven optimization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, focused on clarity and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience managing content calendars and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content creators and recruiters.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, applicant tracking systems, and marketing dashboards.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in B2B or high-growth technology companies.
  • Familiarity with paid recruitment advertising, such as job board ads and programmatic platforms.
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives and creative recruitment campaigns.
