Drive talent acquisition through data-informed recruitment marketing campaigns that attract qualified candidates and deliver measurable results. In this fully remote, full-time role, you will lead campaign planning, execution, and analysis while coordinating cross-functional work across acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities- Own, organize, prioritize, and maintain projects for the supply marketing team.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives from initial planning through delivery, aligning stakeholders on deliverables and timelines.
- Manage the production and delivery of organic and paid content across acquisition channels.
- Oversee the content pipeline and partner with content creators to maintain timely, high-quality output.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance across paid advertising, job boards, social media, email, and other platforms.
- Turn campaign and channel data into clear recommendations that improve performance and support recruitment goals.
- Promote transparent, effective communication and alignment throughout every project stage.
- Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition marketing.
- Strong project management skills and experience coordinating multiple complex initiatives at once.
- Experience monitoring campaign performance and optimizing through data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear stakeholder alignment.
- Experience managing content calendars and collaborating with content creators and recruiters.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, applicant tracking systems, and marketing dashboards.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Experience in B2B or high-growth technology environments.
- Familiarity with paid recruitment advertising, including job board ads and programmatic platforms.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives and creative recruitment campaigns.

- Hourly pay of $20 to $40.
