Mandarin Translator for AI Model Training

Apply native or near-native Mandarin expertise to translate, interpret, and localize content between Mandarin and English, and help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality linguistic input. You will produce accurate, culturally relevant language work across business contexts, support cross-cultural communication, and contribute to improving how AI models learn and reason. No prior AI experience is required, your domain language skills matter.

• Provide accurate and nuanced translation and interpretation between Mandarin and English across various business contexts.
• Review, edit, and proofread written materials to ensure linguistic quality and cultural relevance.
• Facilitate clear and effective verbal and written communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support localization of documents, presentations, and marketing materials for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure messaging consistency and high standards of communication.
• Stay updated on linguistic trends and terminology relevant to the industry and region.
• Act as a cultural liaison to help the team navigate cross-cultural nuances and drive successful engagement.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin, exceptional command of written and spoken Mandarin.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in translation, interpretation, or language services in business or professional settings.
• Detail-oriented, with a passion for linguistic accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.

• Previous experience supporting cross-border teams or international business operations.
