Role OverviewYou will help train and evaluate AI used in real-world legal work, with a direct impact on how these systems identify contractual risk, interpret agreement language, and produce more precise, legally informed outputs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve performance and output precision.
- Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for consistent, rigorous assessment of AI contract work.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to improve data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- At least 2 years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
- Familiarity with standard M&A agreements, including asset purchase agreements (APAs) and stock purchase agreements (SPAs).
- Experience with contract negotiations and redlining.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.

- Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
- Prior exposure to AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.

$80 to $105 per hour.
