Your expertise in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts will be crucial in enhancing AI systems that assess risk and interpret legal language.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
- Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve model performance and output precision.
- Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to rigorously assess AI performance on contract tasks.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 2 years in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
- Familiarity with standard M&A agreements, including APAs and SPAs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
- Prior exposure to AI, legal tech, or training initiatives.
- Experience working with private equity firms.
Remote, part-time contractor position.
Compensation:$80 - $105 per hour.
Eligibility:Must have active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
