Role Overview
Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying your game development expertise to real-world interactive 3D development tasks. This remote contract role gives a junior developer the opportunity to contribute practical technical input that helps AI systems learn, reason, and perform in gaming environments. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Python and C++ expertise to provide feedback on interactive game development tasks.
- Review, critique, and recommend improvements to code samples and game logic using Panda3D.
- Create domain-specific examples that strengthen AI understanding of current game development workflows.
- Analyze practical issues involving game rendering, asset management, and gameplay mechanics.
- Clearly document technical decisions and reasoning for AI training use.
- Collaborate with a distributed team to provide high-quality real-world input for future AI technologies.
- Take part in iterative feedback cycles that improve AI learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Python programming experience, particularly in game development contexts.
- Strong working knowledge of Panda3D and its use in building interactive 3D environments.
- Familiarity with C++ and its integration with game engines.
- Proficiency with GitHub for version control, code reviews, and collaboration.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to open-source projects or AI-related initiatives.
- Knowledge of modern game development software practices and pipelines.
Work Terms

Compensation
- $50 to $120 per hour.
