Role Overview
Build high-performance, interactive Webflow websites by translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive pages with a strong emphasis on performance, technical SEO, advanced web animation, and conversion optimization. This part-time remote role works across design and product teams to deliver production-ready Webflow experiences that track and improve user outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end development of Webflow sites, converting Figma designs into production-ready, responsive pages.
- Implement, manage, and optimize Webflow CMS collections, components, forms, and custom embeds.
- Create interactive animations using Webflow interactions, GSAP, Three.js, and integrate motion assets from tools such as Lottie, Rive, and Spline.
- Integrate analytics platforms including GA4, GTM, and PostHog, and implement event and conversion tracking for data-driven measurement.
- Lead technical SEO work, including metadata, indexing considerations, redirects, structured data, and page speed optimization focused on Core Web Vitals.
- Design and execute conversion rate optimization work, including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and conversion-focused enhancements.
- Automate workflows and integrations via APIs and webhooks, using tools like Make, Zapier, HubSpot, and Airtable.
- Advanced, hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS, responsive builds, and complex components.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with attention to cross-browser compatibility and clean code standards.
- Proven track record turning Figma designs into high-quality, production-ready Webflow pages.
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO, page structure, web performance, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience implementing analytics and making data-driven product decisions.
- Expertise in web animations and motion integration, including GSAP, Three.js, Webflow interactions, Lottie, Rive, and Spline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
