Role Overview
Build visually polished, interactive, high-converting web experiences by turning Figma concepts into seamless, responsive Webflow sites. This role emphasizes site performance, technical SEO, advanced animation, and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Webflow development and translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive production pages.
- Build, maintain, and optimize Webflow CMS collections, components, forms, and custom embeds.
- Create interactive animations using Webflow interactions, GSAP, Three.js, and motion assets from Lottie, Rive, and Spline.
- Implement GA4, GTM, and PostHog analytics, including comprehensive event and conversion tracking.
- Own technical SEO work, including metadata, indexing, redirects, structured data, page-speed improvements, and Core Web Vitals.
- Develop conversion-rate optimization initiatives through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and conversion-focused enhancements.
- Automate workflows and integrations through APIs, webhooks, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, and Airtable.
Qualifications
- Advanced hands-on Webflow experience, including CMS, responsive builds, and complex components.
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills, with attention to cross-browser compatibility and clean code standards.
- Demonstrated ability to convert Figma designs into high-quality, production-ready Webflow pages.
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO, web page structure, web performance, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience implementing analytics and using data to guide decisions.
- Expertise with GSAP, Three.js, Webflow interactions, and Lottie, Rive, or Spline motion integrations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working across teams and with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating 3D assets and creating interactive web experiences.
- Background in conversion-rate optimization and UX/UI best practices.
- Familiarity with automation platforms and advanced workflow integrations.
