Key Responsibilities- Analyze, interpret, and document COBOL code for legacy system applications.
- Identify and explain program logic, data flows, and integration points within COBOL environments.
- Provide detailed written and verbal responses to project-specific prompts and tasks.
- Contribute domain knowledge to the creation and refinement of AI training data sets.
- Review and clarify technical requirements and specifications to ensure accurate model understanding.
- Collaborate virtually with project managers and technical stakeholders to meet deliverables and milestones.
- Participate in feedback sessions to iteratively improve project outputs and model performance.
- Proficiency in COBOL programming.
- Familiarity with mainframe or midrange environments.
- Experience interpreting legacy system documentation and business logic.
- Understanding of data processing patterns, batch operations, or transaction management in COBOL.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to code analysis and documentation.
