About this role
Produce polished public-company investor relations deliverables through self-contained exercises based on mock results packs, shareholder registers, and analyst models. Each submission is evaluated against a defined rubric.
Key Responsibilities- Draft quarterly earnings releases, prepared remarks, and Q&A briefing materials for results calls.
- Develop guidance-setting and guidance-revision recommendations supported by scenarios.
- Create investor day and investor relations presentation materials, equity story and positioning decks, AGM materials, and deal announcement packages.
- Analyze shareholder registers and ownership bases, evaluate activist vulnerability, and prepare dividend and capital-return recommendations.
- At least 4 years of in-house investor relations experience at a public company.
- Direct ownership of a full earnings cycle, including the release, script, Q&A, and analyst engagement.
- Experience in public-company investor relations is required. Investor relations work for private equity or venture funds, focused on LP fundraising, is not equivalent.
- IRC charter through NIRI.
- Sell-side equity research experience before moving into an in-house role.
- Investor relations agency experience.
- Complete an earnings release and prepared remarks using a mock results pack, a guidance-revision recommendation, and an activist-vulnerability assessment.
- Remote, per-task engagement.
- Compensation is 2, 000 per task.
