Investment Banker for AI Systems Evaluation

Help evaluate how effectively AI systems handle real-world investment banking work by defining the standards for exceptional banking deliverables and assessing completed work against them.

This role focuses on setting clear quality benchmarks and providing rigorous written evaluations, rather than producing banking deliverables directly.

• Create precise, task-specific grading criteria for financial models, valuation analyses, pitch decks, CIMs, deal memos, and board and committee materials.
• Evaluate AI-generated and human work samples against established criteria, documenting detailed, well-reasoned justification for each score.
• Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment so evaluations are reproducible and defensible.
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and quickly refine your work.

• At least 2 years of professional investment banking experience at the associate level or above.
• Experience at a leading global investment bank or elite advisory boutique in M&A, coverage, or capital markets.
• Strong command of three-statement and transaction modeling, including DCF, LBO, comparables, and merger math.
• Deep understanding of valuation judgment, deal-process materials, and the formatting and accuracy standards expected in bank-quality work product.
• Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly why work does or does not meet a defined standard.
• Consistent attention to detail and comfort having judgment reviewed and calibrated with peers.
• Experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a strong plus.

• Remote, hourly engagement.

• $150 to $220 per hour.
