About this role
Provide real-world private equity expertise to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. You will convert hands-on deal experience into high-quality inputs, scenarios, and assessments that improve how models reason about deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, portfolio management, and exit decisions. No prior AI experience is required; domain knowledge and clear communication are what matter.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert analysis and guidance on private equity deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and exit strategies.
- Review and analyze case studies, investment memos, and financial models to create and verify training content.
- Develop and refine scenario-based materials that reflect real-world private equity decision making and commercial tradeoffs.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, commercial awareness, and industry relevance, and provide corrective feedback.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish best practices for interpreting complex financial documents and modelling assumptions.
- Identify gaps in AI understanding of private equity workflows and propose content or approaches to address them.
- Contribute subject matter knowledge to build robust AI training datasets and evaluation tasks.
- Extensive hands-on experience in private equity, investment banking, or closely related fields, with demonstrated experience in deal execution and portfolio management.
- Deep knowledge of deal structuring, due diligence processes, valuation techniques, and exit strategy planning.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret and critique complex financial models and documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on clarity, precision, and attention to detail.
- Proven thought leadership or recognized expertise in the private equity sector.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-directed environment.
- Preferred: MBA, CFA, or similar advanced degree or certification.
- Preferred: Experience mentoring or training junior professionals, and prior exposure to technology driven finance solutions.

Hourly rate: $30.00 to $65.00 per hour.
Eligibility- Open to experts with the required private equity or investment banking experience who can work remotely as independent contractors.
