Apply private equity expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems using practical, industry-informed analysis. Your domain knowledge will guide how models reason through real private equity workflows, with no prior AI experience required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert insight on deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, portfolio management, deal structuring, and exit strategies.
- Review and analyze case studies, investment memoranda, and financial models to strengthen AI understanding of private equity workflows.
- Create and refine scenario-based content that reflects real-world private equity challenges and decision-making.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, commercial awareness, and relevance to the industry.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to establish best practices for interpreting complex financial documents.
- Identify gaps in AI understanding and recommend solutions informed by current private equity knowledge.
- Contribute subject-matter expertise to develop robust AI training datasets.
- Extensive hands-on experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of private equity deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, portfolio management, deal structuring, and exit strategies.
- Strong analytical ability and confidence interpreting complex financial data and documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and attention to detail.
- A demonstrated record of thought leadership or recognized expertise in the private equity sector.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, self-directed environment while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Commitment to accuracy and high-quality standards.
- MBA, CFA, or a similar advanced degree or certification.
- Experience mentoring or training junior private equity or finance professionals.
- Experience with technology-driven solutions in the financial sector.
