Apply deep private equity experience to shape next-generation AI by providing real-world analysis, judgment, and content. You will analyze deals, financial models, and investment memos, create scenario-based materials that reflect practical private equity decision making, and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and commercial relevance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert insights on private equity deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and exit strategies.
- Review and analyze case studies, investment memos, and financial models to capture real-world workflows and assumptions.
- Develop and refine scenario-based content that reflects practical private equity challenges and decision making.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, commercial awareness, and industry relevance.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define standards for interpreting complex financial documents.
- Identify gaps in AI understanding of private equity topics and propose solutions based on current industry practice.
- Contribute domain knowledge to build high-quality training datasets that improve model reasoning and performance.
- Extensive hands-on experience in private equity, investment banking, or closely related fields, with demonstrated expertise in deal sourcing and portfolio management.
- Deep knowledge of due diligence, valuation methodologies, deal structuring, and exit strategies.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial documents and financial models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and detail.
- Demonstrated thought leadership or recognized expertise within the private equity sector.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-directed setting, with strong attention to accuracy and quality.
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree or certification.
- Experience mentoring or training junior professionals in private equity or finance.
- Familiarity with technology-driven finance solutions or experience contributing domain expertise to technical projects.
