Role Overview
Apply your tax compliance, provision, and planning expertise to create structured training data that helps AI reason through real-world tax accounting work.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic tax scenarios based on return preparation for Forms 1040, 1120, 1120-S, and 1065; ASC 740 tax provisions; notice and IDR responses; controversy support; tax planning; and estimated payments.
- Review and compare AI-generated tax work for technical accuracy and supportable tax positions.
- Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance on tax-related tasks.
- Work asynchronously with a research team.
Qualifications
- CPA or Enrolled Agent credential.
- Established specialty in corporate, individual, partnership, SALT, or international and cross-border tax.
- Public accounting firm or in-house tax experience.
- Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills and close attention to detail.
Work Terms
- Remote hourly engagement.
Compensation
- $80 to $120 per hour.
