About this role
Role Overview
Help develop evaluation tasks for AI systems used in Fortune 500 M&A and capital-markets settings. This work focuses on high-stakes transactions, complex stakeholder dynamics, and the judgment expected in large-cap advisory mandates and capital raises.
Key Responsibilities
- Create enterprise banking scenarios involving $1B+ M&A transactions, multi-stakeholder deal committees, and complex capital-markets or regulatory-review cycles.
- Develop tasks across M&A advisory, equity and debt capital markets, leveraged finance, valuation and financial modeling, and pitch and deal execution.
- Build deal-execution scenarios using Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, and enterprise financial-modeling and deal-management platforms common in bulge-bracket workflows.
- Apply DCF, comparable-company, precedent-transaction, and LBO analysis, along with fairness-opinion standards, to produce reference pitch books, valuation models, and executive- and board-level deal narratives.
- Write rubrics that identify authentic investment-banking judgment rather than generic textbook or interview-preparation knowledge.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in M&A advisory, capital markets, or leveraged finance at a bulge-bracket bank, elite boutique, or major financial institution, such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Evercore, or Lazard.
- Direct ownership of Fortune 500-scale deal execution, capital raises, or advisory mandates.
- Strong command of investment-banking tools, valuation methods, and deal-process mechanics, including practical knowledge of Fortune 500 board approvals, SEC and antitrust review, and legal and due-diligence processes.
- Experience authoring rubrics, financial-modeling curricula, pitch books, or deal documentation is preferred.
Work Terms
- Remote, hourly engagement.
Compensation
- $90 to $100 per hour.
