About this role

Role Overview

Produce and refine Korean-language financial documents that help train next-generation AI systems. You will apply real-world finance expertise to create, edit, and validate reports, spreadsheets, and presentations used as high-quality training data and evaluation input. No prior AI experience is required, your domain knowledge and document skills are the priority. You will also contribute feedback on AI-generated outputs to improve accuracy and usability.

Work is with an AI data lab that transforms subject matter expertise across finance, healthcare, and engineering into training data and evaluation assets. The organization identifies and vets contributors using automated recruiting tools and focuses on scaling expert contributions to improve how models learn and perform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, format, and edit complex financial documents in Korean using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Review and validate financial reports, models, and presentations for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with industry standards.
  • Annotate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated financial documents to improve model outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicating findings and edits clearly in written and verbal form.
  • Apply experience gained in corporate environments, including Fortune 500 settings, to ensure real-world relevance and high quality.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor''s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Native-level proficiency in Korean, strong written and verbal communication in Korean.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience creating, editing, or managing financial documents.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for handling financial data and preparing presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high documentation quality.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Preferred

  • Prior experience at a Fortune 500 company.
  • Located in the United States, with familiarity or experience navigating both US and Korean business cultures.
  • Familiarity with AI training workflows or a strong interest in machine learning applications for finance.
Work Terms
  • Engagement type: Independent contractor.
  • Work location: Remote, ideally based in the United States.
  • No prior AI experience required; domain expertise is the primary qualification.
Compensation
  • Hourly rate: $10.00 to $55.00 per hour.
Eligibility
