Role Overview
Help shape AI evaluation tasks for enterprise insurance and risk work in large public insurance carrier environments. You will create realistic scenarios, reference outputs, and scoring rubrics that reflect the judgment used by senior insurance professionals across underwriting, claims, actuarial work, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create enterprise insurance scenarios involving complex commercial underwriting, multi-stakeholder claims adjudication, and regulatory filing or compliance review cycles.
- Develop tasks covering underwriting and risk assessment, claims management, actuarial pricing and reserving, reinsurance strategy, and regulatory or compliance affairs.
- Build operational scenarios using tools such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, SAS, R, and enterprise claims and policy administration systems.
- Apply actuarial risk modeling, loss reserving, enterprise risk management frameworks, and NAIC compliance standards to produce reference underwriting guidelines, claims strategies, and executive-level risk narratives.
- Write rubrics that distinguish sound enterprise insurance judgment from generic textbook or licensing-exam knowledge.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in underwriting, claims, actuarial work, or risk management at a Fortune 500 insurance carrier or reinsurer, such as State Farm, Allstate, Chubb, AIG, or Berkshire Hathaway, or within a Fortune 500 enterprise risk or insurance organization.
- Direct responsibility for large-scale underwriting portfolios, claims operations, or actuarial pricing models.
- Fluency with enterprise insurance tools and methodologies, including practical knowledge of regulatory compliance, reinsurance treaties, and reserving practices.
- Experience authoring rubrics, actuarial or underwriting training curricula, or claims documentation is preferred.

- Remote, hourly engagement.
Compensation
- $50 to $60 per hour.
