As a Financial Documents Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI systems by leveraging your finance expertise to review and enhance financial documents. Your contributions will directly impact how AI models learn and perform, ensuring they are trained with high-quality, real-world data.
Key Responsibilities:- Review, analyze, and annotate financial documents in French, utilizing your finance expertise.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to structure, edit, and format various financial documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide precise feedback on document structure, terminology, and financial content to facilitate accurate AI model training.
- Identify inconsistencies and ambiguities in financial documents, offering expert recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clearly communicating findings in both French and English.
- Apply your Fortune 500 experience to support the creation of high-standard financial documentation.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of AI systems by providing detailed, context-rich input based on your finance background.
- Native-level fluency in French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years'' experience in finance, preferably within Fortune 500 environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for professional financial documentation.
- Deep understanding of financial documents, including financial statements, reports, and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently while delivering high-quality results under deadlines.
- Based in the United States with knowledge of US and international finance standards.
- Experience in training or mentoring in financial document preparation or review.
- Interest in or exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects.
Contract position, fully remote.
Compensation:$10 - $45 per hour.
