Financial Documents Specialist for AI Training (French)

Review, analyze, and annotate French-language financial documents to create high-quality, real-world inputs that improve next-generation AI systems. This contract role focuses on applying your finance domain expertise to structure, edit, and evaluate financial statements, reports, and presentations. No prior AI experience is required, your finance experience and attention to detail are the core qualifications.

• Review and analyze financial documents in French, including financial statements, reports, and presentations.
• Annotate, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to professional standards.
• Provide precise feedback on document structure, terminology, and financial content to support accurate model training.
• Identify inconsistencies, ambiguities, and errors, and offer expert recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate findings clearly in written and spoken French and in English when collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Apply experience from Fortune 500 or comparable environments to create realistic, high-standard financial documentation.
• Contribute detailed, context-rich input that helps improve AI system performance and evaluation.

• Native-level fluency in French, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, preferably within Fortune 500 environments.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing and reviewing financial documents.
• Deep understanding of financial documents and their components, including statements, reports, and presentations.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and meet deadlines consistently.

• Based in the United States and familiar with US and international finance standards.
• Experience training, mentoring, or reviewing others in financial document preparation.
• Interest in or prior exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects.
