Financial Documents Specialist (French)

Apply professional finance expertise to review, annotate, and improve French-language financial documents that will be used to train next-generation AI systems. This contract role focuses on producing precise, context-rich feedback and professionally formatted deliverables using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. No prior AI experience is required, your domain knowledge and attention to detail are the primary qualifications.

• Review and analyze financial documents in French, including financial statements, reports, and presentations.
• Annotate documents to clarify structure, terminology, and financial content for use as AI training data.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to structure, edit, and format financial documents and presentations.
• Identify inconsistencies, ambiguities, and errors, and provide concrete recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate findings clearly in written and verbal French and English, and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Bring real-world finance experience to help create realistic, high-standard documentation that improves model performance.

• Native-level fluency in French, strong written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance, preferably within Fortune 500 or similarly structured organizations.
• Proven, hands-on experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for professional financial documentation.
• Deep familiarity with financial documents such as financial statements, reports, and investor or internal presentations.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while working independently.

• Based in the United States, with knowledge of US and international finance standards.
• Experience training or mentoring others in financial document preparation or review.
• Interest in or prior exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects.

Independent contractor role, fully remote. Ideally based in the United States, though remote candidates outside the US may be considered. Work requires reliable access to tools for editing and formatting documents and the ability to deliver quality results on deadline.

Pay range: $10.00 to $55.00 per hour.

• Native-level French fluency is required.
• Minimum 3 years of finance experience and a Bachelor’s degree or higher, as listed under Qualifications.
• Comfort and experience working remotely and independently under schedule constraints.
