Hindi Transcription Specialist for AI Training

Convert spoken Hindi audio into precise, annotated transcripts that directly train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. As a remote contractor, you will transcribe audio, correct machine-generated outputs, and apply metadata and annotations that improve model understanding. No prior AI experience is required, your Hindi fluency and transcription skillset are the priority. The role supports a leading AI data lab that turns real-world expertise into high-quality training data across domains such as finance, healthcare, and engineering.

• Listen to and accurately transcribe Hindi audio files, preserving language fidelity and clarity.
• Audit and correct machine-generated transcriptions, fixing errors and contextual inaccuracies.
• Add detailed metadata tags and annotations to transcripts for better organization and retrieval.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies, errors, or ambiguities in scripts, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the customer team by providing feedback and insights on transcription and annotation quality.
• Deliver high-quality, client-ready transcription and annotation work on time.
• Uphold data privacy and confidentiality at all times.

• Fluent proficiency in spoken and written Hindi.
• Proven experience in Hindi transcription, annotation, and metadata tagging for audio content.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, able to document and explain edits and feedback clearly.
• Experience correcting and editing machine-generated transcriptions for errors and contextual relevance.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with transcription software and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
• Preferred: prior experience as an audio engineer, data annotator, or professional transcriber, background in linguistic data processing or working with large audio datasets, and familiarity with AI or machine learning data annotation processes.
