Dutch Transcriptionist for AI Training

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by producing precise, high-quality transcriptions from professionally recorded Dutch and English audio. This remote contract role relies on strong linguistic judgment, careful attention to context, and professional transcription expertise. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe Dutch and English audio into accurate written text with correct grammar, punctuation, and contextual meaning.
• Review, proofread, and edit completed transcripts for consistency and compliance with project guidelines.
• Capture linguistic nuances, dialects, and speaker intent by following detailed transcription instructions.
• Work with project stakeholders to resolve ambiguous audio and align on transcription standards.
• Annotate transcripts for specified linguistic features that support AI model training.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve transcription quality and workflow processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security across all project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch fluency, including exceptional command of grammar and usage.
• Professional audio transcription experience, ideally involving Dutch-language recordings.
• Experience transcribing English audio is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize subtle linguistic and contextual cues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for precise feedback and collaboration.
• Experience with AI training, natural language processing, or data annotation is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $25 to $30 per hour.
