Japanese-English Transcriptionist for AI Training

Apply Japanese and English language expertise to produce accurate transcription data that helps improve next generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on high quality, contextually faithful language work, with no prior AI experience required.

• Transcribe audio and written materials accurately between Japanese and English.
• Review and edit transcripts for linguistic accuracy and contextual fidelity.
• Provide linguistic feedback that improves transcription processes.
• Manage multiple transcription assignments, meet project deadlines, and deliver polished work.
• Collaborate with remote team members, maintain project quality standards, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

• Native or near native Japanese proficiency and a strong command of English.
• Experience in transcription, translation, or related language services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a remote team.
• Proficiency with transcription tools and digital collaboration platforms.
