Help improve next-generation AI systems by producing accurate, culturally informed Canadian French transcription data. This remote contract role focuses on reviewing machine-generated transcripts, refining language data, and sharing practical feedback that strengthens model performance. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Review, transcribe, and correct machine-generated Canadian French transcripts for accuracy, linguistic integrity, grammar, spelling, and regional usage.
- Add and refine metadata tags and annotations for speech and text files to improve organization and searchability.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors in automated transcriptions through careful quality review.
- Collaborate with the customer team to provide feedback on language nuances, cultural context, and best practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of changes and annotations in line with project standards.
- Provide constructive written and verbal feedback to improve workflows and AI model performance.
- Follow strict confidentiality and quality requirements.
- Fluent Canadian French, including strong command of grammar, spelling, and regional vocabulary.
- Demonstrated transcription and editing expertise, particularly correcting machine-generated content.
- Experience applying metadata tags and detailed annotations to audio or text files.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality-control standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, feedback-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle confidential information appropriately.
- Experience with transcription tools, software, or platforms is highly advantageous.
- Background as an audio engineer, data annotator, or professional transcriber.
- Experience with Canadian French language-data projects.
- Familiarity with AI training workflows or language-data pipelines.

- $15 to $25 per hour.
