CAD Specialist for AI Model Training

Apply your CAD expertise to produce high-quality, real-world input that helps train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. You will review and refine CAD files, annotate and evaluate designs, and provide technical feedback that informs how models learn and reason. No prior AI experience is required, your domain knowledge and precision matter most.

• Review, analyze, and refine AutoCAD files to ensure data integrity and adherence to design standards.
• Annotate, label, and evaluate 2D and 3D designs for accuracy, clarity, and suitability for training data.
• Provide expert feedback on models and drawings so they align with project requirements and technical goals.
• Collaborate with AI development teams by translating real-world CAD use cases into actionable input.
• Apply industry best practices, drafting techniques, and CAD standards across a variety of tasks and workflows.
• Identify gaps in CAD processes and propose improvements to support continuous quality gains.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally to support consistent, timely deliverables.

• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, with extensive hands-on experience in both 2D and 3D modeling.
• Required skills include AutoCAD, general CAD expertise, and familiarity with FreeCAD.
• Deep understanding of CAD standards, drafting techniques, and core design principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to precision in technical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical information.
• Organizational and analytical ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Willingness and ability to adapt quickly to new tools and workflows.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams or contributing to AI-related projects.
• Familiarity with additional CAD platforms, for example SolidWorks or Revit.
• Background in training, technical writing, or user documentation for engineering applications.
