Role Overview
Apply advanced CAD expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, real-world design input. This remote contractor role focuses on reviewing, evaluating, and refining CAD work, with no prior AI experience required.
Key Responsibilities- Review, analyze, and refine AutoCAD files for data integrity and sound design standards.
- Annotate, label, and evaluate designs for accuracy and clarity using advanced CAD knowledge.
- Provide high-quality input to AI development teams based on practical CAD use cases.
- Apply CAD best practices and technical insight across varied tasks and workflows.
- Provide expert feedback on 2D and 3D models against project requirements and technical goals.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to CAD workflows.
- Communicate technical concepts and insights clearly in writing and verbally.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, including extensive 2D and 3D modeling experience.
- Strong knowledge of CAD standards, drafting methods, and design principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in technical documentation.
- Ability to explain complex technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and workflows for varied design challenges.
- Commitment to accurate, timely deliverables in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Relevant skills include AutoCAD, CAD, and FreeCAD.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or on AI-related projects.
- Familiarity with additional CAD software, such as SolidWorks, Revit, or similar tools.
- Background in training, technical writing, or user documentation for engineering applications.
- Remote contract engagement.
- $20 to $70 per hour.
