Role Overview
Apply advanced CAD expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through accurate, real-world design input. This remote contractor role focuses on improving how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and refine AutoCAD files for data integrity and strong design standards.
- Annotate, label, and assess designs for accuracy and clarity using advanced CAD knowledge.
- Provide high-quality input to AI development teams based on real-world CAD use cases.
- Apply industry best practices and technical insight across CAD tasks and workflows.
- Review 2D and 3D models for alignment with project requirements and technical goals.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to CAD workflows.
- Communicate technical concepts and insights clearly in writing and verbally.
Qualifications
- Expert proficiency with AutoCAD and extensive experience in both 2D and 3D modeling.
- Strong CAD and FreeCAD knowledge, including CAD standards, drafting techniques, and design principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in technical documentation.
- Ability to explain complex technical information effectively in writing and conversation.
- Strong organization and analytical skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Adaptability to new tools and workflows for varied design challenges.
- Commitment to high-quality, timely deliverables in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or on AI-related projects.
- Familiarity with additional CAD software, such as SolidWorks, Revit, or similar platforms.
- Experience in training, technical writing, or user documentation for engineering applications.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $20 to $70 per hour.
