Role Overview
Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure Google Cloud Platform environments that support AI model training and evaluation. You will partner with engineers and stakeholders to modernize cloud infrastructure, automate operations, and improve delivery workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and management processes using DevOps practices.
- Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters for reliability and performance.
- Work with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve workflows.
- Apply security and compliance best practices across cloud environments.
- Identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and incidents proactively.
- Create clear, thorough documentation that supports team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Hands-on GCP experience and production cloud infrastructure expertise.
- Kubernetes administration and orchestration proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps methods, tools, and practices.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform or Deployment Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- GCP certification, such as Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional DevOps Engineer.
- Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-native security practices and relevant compliance standards.
Work Terms
- Full-time, remote position open to candidates in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
- Posted annual compensation range: $200, 000 to $300, 000.
- National base salary range: $160, 000 to $220, 000 annually.
- Eligible for equity compensation and, depending on role and company policy, performance-based bonuses.
