About this role
Build, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure that supports advanced AI training and evaluation work. As a core team member, you will use Azure, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Docker to deliver secure, scalable systems and reliable deployment pipelines for distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps tools to support dependable application delivery.
- Orchestrate and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Monitor performance, automate operational work, and proactively troubleshoot issues.
- Partner with development teams to improve deployments and operational efficiency.
- Maintain system security, compliance, and dependable backup and recovery practices.
- Document processes and solutions, communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience, with a strong emphasis on Azure environments.
- Deep expertise with Azure DevOps tools and services.
- Advanced Kubernetes and Docker skills for container management and orchestration.
- Experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a proactive improvement mindset.
- Experience with GCP or AWS, large-scale distributed systems, and relevant Azure or Kubernetes certifications is preferred.
- Full-time, remote role open to candidates located in the United States.
- This position supports work that turns subject-matter expertise into training data, evaluations, and feedback that improve AI systems.
- Advertised compensation is $200, 000 to $300, 000 per year.
- The stated national base-salary range is $160, 000 to $220, 000.
