Role Overview
Build, maintain, and optimize secure, scalable cloud infrastructure that supports advanced AI training and evaluation work. As a core team member, you will use Azure, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Docker to improve deployment reliability, operational efficiency, and system resilience across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps tools to support reliable application delivery.
- Orchestrate and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Monitor system performance, automate operational work, and proactively diagnose and resolve issues.
- Partner with development teams to streamline deployments and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain system security, compliance, and dependable backup and recovery practices.
- Document processes and technical solutions, communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience, with a strong focus on Azure cloud environments.
- Deep expertise with Azure DevOps tools and services.
- Advanced Kubernetes and Docker skills for container orchestration and management.
- Experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a proactive continuous-improvement mindset.
- Familiarity with GCP or AWS, experience supporting large-scale distributed systems, and relevant Azure or Kubernetes certifications are preferred.
Work Terms
- Full-time, remote role open to candidates located in the United States.
Compensation
- Listed annual compensation range: $200, 000 to $300, 000.
- National base-salary range: $160, 000 to $220, 000 annually.
- Employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, depending on role and company policy.
