Hindi Voice Coach

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by contributing your Hindi language expertise through high-quality, real-world coaching input. This remote contract role focuses on strengthening Hindi pronunciation, intonation, and conversational fluency for learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging individual and group coaching sessions in Hindi pronunciation, intonation, and conversational fluency.
• Evaluate speech patterns and adapt coaching approaches to each learner''s strengths and development areas.
• Create interactive curricula and exercises that encourage participation and measurable improvement.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback on verbal and written assignments.
• Work closely with the customer''s team, sharing insights and resources that support the language-learning experience.
• Track learner progress and refine coaching methods to support effective results.
• Stay informed on current Hindi voice and accent-coaching practices.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native written and spoken Hindi proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in voice, accent, or language coaching, ideally in a remote setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate learners with varied backgrounds and skill levels.
• Ability to use digital tools and platforms for virtual coaching.
• Ability to build customized coaching plans around specific learning objectives.
• Self-motivated, organized, and committed to high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in linguistics, voice coaching, or a related field.
• Experience working with multicultural or global teams.
• Familiarity with instructional design or e-learning content development.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
