Role Overview
Help train next-generation AI systems by delivering high-quality Hindi voice and accent coaching. This contract role focuses on improving learners'' pronunciation, intonation, and conversational fluency through one-on-one and group virtual sessions. No prior AI experience is required; your language expertise and coaching skills are the primary requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead engaging one-on-one and group coaching sessions centered on Hindi pronunciation, intonation, and conversational fluency.
- Assess learners'' speech patterns and design tailored coaching strategies to address strengths and areas for improvement.
- Create and implement interactive curriculum, exercises, and practice activities that encourage active participation and measurable improvement.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback on verbal and written assignments to support continuous progress.
- Collaborate with the customer team, sharing insights and resources to enhance the overall language learning experience.
- Monitor and track learner progress, adjusting coaching approaches as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Keep up to date with emerging trends and best practices in voice and accent coaching for Hindi.
- Native or near-native proficiency in spoken and written Hindi.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in voice, accent, or language coaching, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate learners from diverse backgrounds and levels.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for virtual coaching sessions.
- Experience developing customized coaching plans aligned to specific learning objectives.
- Self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- No prior experience in AI required; domain knowledge and coaching expertise are the priority.
- Formal training or certification in linguistics, voice coaching, or related fields.
- Experience working with multicultural or global teams.
