Voice Recorder (Japanese + English)

Help improve next-generation AI systems by creating high-quality Japanese audio data in a remote, independent contractor role.

You will record yourself reading Japanese sentences from either a stationary car or a quiet office environment. Your recordings and written feedback will support machine-learning training and evaluation.

• Record Japanese sentences clearly and naturally in an approved stationary-car or quiet-office setting.
• Create specified background sounds, including seatbelt clicks, door openings, and car indicator signals, while keeping the vehicle stationary and working safely.
• Follow detailed linguistic and technical requirements for consistent, reliable audio data.
• Submit high-quality recordings and any required written feedback.
• Work remotely with project coordinators to resolve questions and incorporate updates or feedback.
• Follow confidentiality and ethical-use requirements for all recordings and submitted data.

• Native-level Japanese proficiency, including clear pronunciation and natural fluency.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Japanese and English at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to follow precise audio-quality and content instructions.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment and managing assigned work.
• Strong attention to pronunciation, background noise, and data accuracy.

• Remote contract engagement.
• No previous AI experience is required.

$30 to $65 per hour.
