Financial Documents Specialist for AI Training (German)

Provide expert-level German-language financial document work to improve how next-generation AI systems learn and reason. You will create, review, and polish real-world financial documents, spreadsheets, and presentations so they are accurate, consistent, and production-ready. Your finance domain expertise, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office skills will directly shape training data and model evaluation materials.

• Create, review, and refine a variety of financial documents in German, ensuring accuracy and real-world fidelity.
• Develop and format complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Apply finance knowledge to identify and resolve inconsistencies or issues within documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to align deliverables with project requirements and quality standards.
• Provide precise, high-quality data and content that support AI model training and evaluation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow best practices for data security.

• Native-level proficiency in German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance, including handling, creating, or reviewing financial documents.
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including experience within Fortune 500 environments.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, structured documents.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• No prior AI experience is required; domain expertise is the primary qualification.

• Based in the United States, with experience collaborating across international and multicultural teams.

• Advanced certifications in finance or related disciplines.
