Financial Documents Specialist for AI Training (German)

About this role
Provide expert-level German-language financial document work to improve how next-generation AI systems learn and reason. You will create, review, and polish real-world financial documents, spreadsheets, and presentations so they are accurate, consistent, and production-ready. Your finance domain expertise, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office skills will directly shape training data and model evaluation materials.
Key Responsibilities- Create, review, and refine a variety of financial documents in German, ensuring accuracy and real-world fidelity.
- Develop and format complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Apply finance knowledge to identify and resolve inconsistencies or issues within documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to align deliverables with project requirements and quality standards.
- Provide precise, high-quality data and content that support AI model training and evaluation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow best practices for data security.
- Native-level proficiency in German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance, including handling, creating, or reviewing financial documents.
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including experience within Fortune 500 environments.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, structured documents.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- No prior AI experience is required; domain expertise is the primary qualification.
- Based in the United States, with experience collaborating across international and multicultural teams.
- Prior involvement in AI, machine learning, or technology-driven projects.
- Advanced certifications in finance or related disciplines.
