Financial Documents Specialist for AI Training (German)

Work on real-world financial documents in German to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. This contractor role focuses on creating, reviewing, and refining financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations with high accuracy and real-world fidelity. No prior AI experience is required, your finance domain expertise and native-level German skills are the priorities.

• Create, review, and refine a variety of financial documents in German, ensuring accuracy and real-world fidelity.
• Develop and format complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Use finance expertise to identify and resolve inconsistencies or issues within documents.
• Provide precise, high-quality data and content that supports AI model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to meet project requirements and standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security best practices.

• Native-level proficiency in German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance, including handling, creating, or reviewing financial documents.
• Proven skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in Fortune 500 or similarly complex corporate environments preferred.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, structured documents.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Based in the United States, or familiar with working across international and multicultural teams.
• Previous experience contributing to AI, machine learning, or technology-driven projects.
• Advanced certifications in finance or related disciplines.

• Remote work, ideally based in the United States but open to other remote locations.
• Independent, remote work requiring the ability to manage tasks and deadlines without on-site supervision.

Hourly rate range: $10.00 to $55.00 per hour.

• Native-level German language proficiency required.
• Minimum 3 years of finance experience and a bachelor level education in a related field required.
