Role Overview
Apply your financial-document expertise in Japanese to help improve advanced AI systems through accurate, real-world content, evaluations, and feedback. This remote contractor role focuses on producing and reviewing financial materials that help models learn, reason, and perform. AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, create, and review Japanese-language financial documents with a high degree of accuracy and clarity.
- Create, format, and assess financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Provide financial content and feedback that supports AI model training and development.
- Explain complex financial concepts and documentation requirements clearly in Japanese and English, in writing and verbally.
- Work with the customer team to provide expertise and insights that inform model improvements.
- Apply experience from Fortune 500 or comparable large-scale organizations to incorporate industry best practices.
- Respond to questions and review outputs for financial-data integrity and compliance with relevant standards.
Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese proficiency, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years of finance experience, specifically creating or managing financial documents.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Bachelor''s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- Experience with Fortune 500 companies or similar large organizations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to financial compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience living or working in the United States and strong familiarity with U.S. finance practices.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data-annotation projects, though this is not required.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $10 to $45 per hour.
