Role Overview
Provide expert-level analysis, creation, and review of financial documents in Japanese to produce high-quality, real-world inputs used to train and evaluate advanced AI systems. This contract role focuses on applying practical finance experience and strong Microsoft Office skills to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance in reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze, create, and review a broad range of financial documents written in Japanese, ensuring high accuracy and clarity.
- Generate, format, and assess financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Provide real-world financial content and actionable feedback that help train and improve AI models.
- Explain complex financial concepts and documentation requirements clearly, in both Japanese and English, in written and verbal exchanges.
- Collaborate with the customer team to share expertise and insights that inform AI model improvements.
- Apply industry best practices drawn from experience with Fortune 500 or similar large organizations.
- Respond to queries and review AI outputs to verify financial data integrity and adherence to relevant compliance standards.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance, specifically creating or managing financial documents.
- Proven ability to create and manipulate documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor''s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience working with Fortune 500 companies or similar large-scale organizations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong commitment to financial compliance and data accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for high quality work.
- Experience living or working in the United States and familiarity with U.S. finance practices.
- Prior experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects is a plus but not required.
- Engagement type, independent contractor, fully remote.
- Hours and schedule to be agreed with the customer based on project needs.
- Hourly pay range: $10 to $45 per hour.
- Must meet the language, education, and experience requirements listed above, including native-level Japanese and a minimum of 3 years in finance.
- Open to remote applicants who can communicate in Japanese and English; preferred candidates may have U.S. work experience but it is not required.
