About this role

Help shape next-generation AI systems by designing and improving real-world enterprise workflows. This remote contractor role focuses on using practical business expertise to evaluate AI agents, strengthen productivity use cases, and provide feedback that improves how models reason, use tools, and perform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply professional domain expertise to evaluate and improve AI model capabilities in real-world business scenarios.
  • Design, run, and refine agentic workflows that model critical professional processes and generate actionable insights for model improvement.
  • Identify reasoning gaps, workflow limitations, and tool-use challenges in AI agent outputs, then translate findings into detailed, constructive feedback.
  • Create examples, test cases, and operational playbooks based on day-to-day professional workflows.
  • Collaborate with research and product stakeholders to communicate nuanced domain feedback and influence AI model development.
  • Document workflow results and contribute to best-practice resources for AI agent adoption and enablement.

Qualifications

  • Extensive professional experience in Sales, Growth, Product Management, Project Management, Finance, or a comparable field where AI agents are regularly used in workflows.
  • Experience connecting data sources, configuring permissions and authentication, and integrating AI agents with productivity tools and business systems.
  • Hands-on workflow-building experience, including designing, implementing, and operating multi-tool agentic workflows.
  • Familiarity with tools and systems such as Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, MCP connectors, APIs, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
  • Strong analytical ability to identify AI performance gaps and recommend creative, domain-grounded improvements.
  • Ability to explain complex process requirements and improvement strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Interest in advancing AI adoption and enablement in dynamic business environments.
  • Prior AI experience is not required. Relevant professional domain expertise is the central qualification.

Work Terms

  • Remote independent contractor engagement.

Compensation

  • $80 to $150 per hour.
