No prior AI experience is required; deep domain knowledge and assessment experience are what matter.
Key Responsibilities- Design and author graduate-level single-option multiple-choice exam questions within your electrical engineering specialization, ensuring academic rigor and authenticity.
- Develop detailed solutions and precise grading rubrics for each question, aligned with academic standards and assessment best practices.
- Review and validate the technical accuracy and instructional quality of AI-generated electrical engineering content.
- Evaluate AI model outputs and provide nuanced, evidence-based feedback on where models align with or diverge from human reasoning.
- Collaborate asynchronously with other subject matter experts to refine question clarity, relevance, and difficulty.
- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts in written form for exam solutions and instructional materials.
- Contribute to and maintain a growing, high-quality question bank that reflects advanced engineering reasoning.
- PhD or advanced Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent advanced academic credentials.
- Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level, such as professor, adjunct, lecturer, or teaching assistant roles.
- Experience authoring or reviewing graduate-level assessments, exams, or coursework in electrical engineering.
- Deep subject matter knowledge in one or more of the following areas: analog circuits, digital circuits, RF, power electronics, with emphasis on integrated circuits (IC).
- Expertise in rubric design, assessment development, or educational content creation.
- Strong technical writing skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and precisely.
- Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality contributions in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- No prior experience in AI is required, domain expertise is sufficient.

The time required per task will vary by expert and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply. Experts must submit a minimum of tasks per week. Roles are typically filled quickly and selected experts are expected to begin their first tasks shortly after onboarding.
Compensation- Listed pay range, $40 to $130 per hour.
- Work is paid on a per-task basis based on meeting project specifications, so actual earnings depend on completed tasks and task-specific rates.
- Remote work capability is required, including reliable internet and the ability to collaborate asynchronously.
- Applicants must be available to start quickly. Roles are typically filled within 48 hours and, if selected, you should be prepared to begin your first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing onboarding.
