Apply electrical engineering expertise to create and evaluate training content that helps AI systems reason accurately about real-world technical concepts. This remote contract opportunity focuses on producing rigorous assessment materials across specialized electrical engineering domains, with no prior AI experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and curate high-quality single-answer multiple-choice questions within your electrical engineering specialty.
- Write clear explanations and detailed scoring rubrics that follow instructional-design best practices.
- Review AI-generated electrical engineering content for technical accuracy and educational value.
- Provide actionable feedback on AI performance using subject matter expertise.
- Collaborate asynchronously to improve question quality and maintain subject matter standards.
- Document and explain technical concepts clearly in written and verbal formats for varied audiences.
- Contribute to evolving workflows that improve the relevance and clarity of AI training data.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree, Master’s or PhD, in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Expertise in at least one of the following areas: analog circuits, digital circuits, RF, power electronics, or integrated circuits.
- Experience creating educational content, designing rubrics, or developing assessments is strongly valued.
- Teaching, tutoring, or learning-facilitation experience in electrical engineering is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to clarity and instructional value.
- Ability to work independently, meet project milestones, and deliver high-quality work.
- Comfort participating in a remote, collaborative environment using asynchronous communication tools.

Compensation
$60 to $80 per hour. Payment is tied to completed tasks that meet project requirements.
