Role Overview

Apply your electrical engineering expertise to create and validate high-quality instructional content that trains and evaluates next-generation AI systems. You will design technical multiple-choice questions, develop clear explanations and rubrics, review AI-generated material for accuracy, and provide actionable feedback to improve model performance. No prior AI experience is required, your domain knowledge and ability to explain concepts clearly are the priority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and curate single-option multiple-choice questions in your electrical engineering specialty.
  • Write concise, accurate explanations and detailed rubrics that align with instructional best practices.
  • Review, validate, and correct AI-generated electrical engineering content for technical accuracy and pedagogical value.
  • Provide feedback on AI performance, identifying common errors and recommending improvements.
  • Document and communicate technical concepts in written and verbal formats for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with project team members to refine question quality and maintain subject matter standards.
  • Contribute to an evolving workflow intended to maximize the relevance and clarity of AI training data.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline, Master or PhD preferred.
  • Subject matter expertise in at least one of: analog circuits, digital circuits, RF radio frequency, power electronics, or integrated circuits IC.
  • Experience creating educational content, designing rubrics, or developing assessments is strongly valued.
  • Teaching, tutoring, or facilitation experience in electrical engineering is a significant plus.
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and instructional value.
  • Ability to work independently, meet quality standards, and deliver within project milestones.
  • Comfort with remote collaboration and asynchronous communication tools.

Compensation
