About this role

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in customer success and support operations to evaluate and assess AI-generated work products, including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy, rigor, and quality of these outputs, applying your deep subject-matter knowledge to provide valuable assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
  • Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.
  • Provide clear, structured written feedback.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in customer success or support operations.
  • Native or professional fluency in English.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with a strong emphasis on Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).
Preferred
  • Advanced degree (Master''s or higher) from a reputable institution.

This is a remote, hourly engagement.

Compensation
