Role OverviewThis remote, independent contractor role focuses on supplying high-quality, real-world scientific input for AI training and evaluation. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and annotate complex biological datasets with a focus on medicinal chemistry applications.
- Provide domain-specific feedback to improve AI systems used in computational biology contexts.
- Assess scientific content for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and alignment with industry standards.
- Create and review problem sets, case studies, and scenarios based on real medicinal chemistry challenges.
- Collaborate asynchronously with other experts to validate findings and contribute perspectives on deliverables.
- Help refine data-curation methods and computational biology best practices.
- Advanced degree, PhD, PharmD, or MSc, in computational biology, medicinal chemistry, bioinformatics, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated medicinal chemistry expertise, including drug discovery or drug design experience.
- Strong analytical ability and deep familiarity with biological datasets and scientific literature.
- Experience applying computational methods to chemistry or biology problems.
- Proficiency with relevant bioinformatics tools, cheminformatics platforms, or data-analysis software.
- Excellent written communication skills for explaining complex scientific concepts to varied audiences.
- Experience in cross-disciplinary or AI-driven scientific projects is a plus.
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
- $90 to $120 per hour.
