Key Responsibilities- Design and solve challenging biology problems that identify limitations in large language models.
- Produce high-quality, step-by-step solutions with clear, rigorous reasoning.
- Work with language-model researchers to align problem types with evaluation goals, including conceptual abstraction, multi-step reasoning, and data interpretation.
- Help define biology evaluation benchmarks spanning early undergraduate through PhD-level curricula.
- Explain complex biological concepts in simple, clear language, using visuals or simulations when needed.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex biology problems using a structured approach.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
- Creative and lateral thinking skills.
- Excellent written communication, collaboration, and independent working skills in a remote environment.
- A reliable desktop or laptop and a good internet connection.
- Applicants pursuing a Master’s, PhD, or postdoctoral degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field are eligible and encouraged to apply.
