Role Overview
Help improve the safety and reliability of advanced AI systems by applying PhD-level scientific expertise to specialized technical content in Korean. You will evaluate how models respond to complex scientific topics, including sensitive and dual-use subjects. AI or machine learning experience is not required, and workflow training is provided.
Key Responsibilities- Create expert Korean-language prompts across specialized scientific subjects.
- Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy, usefulness, and appropriate treatment of sensitive content.
- Use structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
- Apply scientific expertise to strengthen AI performance on specialized technical topics in Korean.
- Ongoing or completed PhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related discipline, with sufficient depth to develop prompts involving chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear subject areas.
- Native or near-native Korean fluency and business-level written English.
- Strong familiarity with current laboratory and computational methods in your scientific specialty.
- Sound judgment regarding scientific safety and responsible handling of dual-use information.
- Based in South Korea or elsewhere in East Asia, though candidates in other locations are welcome.
- Relevant chemistry-based radiological or nuclear expertise, such as radiochemistry, nuclear chemistry, energetic materials, or radiation physics.
- Deep specialization in an area such as organic or inorganic synthesis, molecular biology, microbiology, virology, or genetics.
- Research or coursework in chemical safety and security, biosafety and biosecurity, or hazardous-materials handling.
- Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming technical content.
- Remote, hourly engagement.
- Immediate start.
$63 to $67 per hour.
