Role Overview
Translate hands-on commercial real estate expertise into high-quality training inputs for next-generation AI systems. You will evaluate valuations and feasibility, analyze leases and market data, and produce clear written explanations that help models learn to reason about commercial property transactions and management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert input on commercial real estate concepts, property valuations, and feasibility studies for AI model development.
- Review and analyze commercial lease agreements and help create realistic property management scenarios for training data.
- Conduct market analysis and commercial property appraisals, and explain trends and transactional detail in clear, structured writing.
- Identify nuances in legal and regulatory frameworks affecting commercial real estate across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe where applicable.
- Collaborate with other subject matter experts, project managers, and technical teams to align on objectives and deliverables.
- Participate in iterative feedback cycles to ensure accuracy and high quality of labeled data and project outputs.
- Contribute professionally in a remote, technology-driven environment and adapt work to project requirements.
- 5-10+ years of proven commercial real estate experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Property Valuation Appraiser, or Property Manager.
- Comprehensive knowledge of feasibility studies, lease agreement analysis, property management strategies, and market analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience working with diverse teams in a remote setting, demonstrating professionalism and adaptability.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance issues relevant to commercial real estate in US, Canada, UK, and Europe.
- Prior participation in AI data training, evaluations, or other technology-driven real estate projects is advantageous.
- Location preference for candidates based in the US, Canada, or the UK, though exceptional professionals from Europe or LATAM will be considered.
- Contractor engagement, remote work.
- Minimum availability required, 10+ hours per week.
- Work consists of project-based contributions to training data, reviews, and feedback cycles, coordinated with project managers and technical teams.
$40 - $65 per hour.
Eligibility- Open to remote candidates, with a preference for those located in the US, Canada, or the UK; candidates in Europe or LATAM may also be considered.
- Must have the professional background to provide subject matter expertise on commercial real estate matters, including relevant regulatory knowledge for the regions listed.
