Create and review rigorous academic assessment content that supports an AI research initiative. This remote, asynchronous opportunity focuses on producing high-quality multiple-choice questions and evaluating their accuracy, clarity, and rigor across business and commerce disciplines.

Business & Commerce Domains

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake either question-authoring or question-verification assignments.
  • For authoring assignments, develop original, challenging multiple-choice questions within your business specialty, assess their difficulty, and submit them for review.

  • Ensure every question is self-contained, unambiguous, precisely defined, and includes all information needed to solve it.
  • Classify questions as Medium, introductory undergraduate level, Hard, advanced undergraduate level, or Expert, postgraduate level and above.
  • Provide one correct answer and nine plausible, subtly incorrect alternatives designed to challenge expert-level solvers.
  • Provide clear, concise step-by-step solution reasoning in Markdown format.
  • Include one to five academic references per question from reputable sources, such as peer-reviewed journals and university repositories.
  • For verification assignments, assess pre-written questions for accuracy, clarity, completeness, precision, rigor, and solvability; revise them as needed and document the rationale for each change.

Qualifications

  • PhD, DBA, or current doctoral candidacy in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
  • An MBA or master''s degree may be considered for candidates with exceptional depth in a specific business subdomain.
  • Strong graduate-level knowledge of business strategy, organizational theory, and quantitative methods.
  • Industry leadership experience or published business research is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written English and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Work Terms

  • Expected commitment of at least 10 hours per week.

Compensation
