Wholesale Professional for AI Research Project

Wholesale professionals apply procurement and order-processing expertise to develop and evaluate industry-specific prompts and to assess large language model outputs, helping AI better understand real-world wholesale tasks and language.

• Create and refine industry-specific prompts and scenarios related to wholesale operations, order processing, and procurement workflows
• Review and evaluate LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, and practical applicability to wholesale tasks
• Provide concrete, experience-based feedback and examples to improve model behavior
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams to clarify task instructions and annotation standards

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in one or more of the following or similar roles, for example order clerks or procurement clerks
• Comfort working primarily asynchronously and providing clear, written feedback

• Remote, asynchronous work from any location
• Part-time engagement with flexible hours, there is no minimum hourly commitment
• Placement into specific projects depends on project availability

The program runs year-round and project opportunities open periodically across different areas of expertise, so assignments are offered as relevant projects become available.

Up to $75/hr (depending on the project)

• F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate; consult your Designated School Official to determine whether participation meets your school’s requirements
• If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course for authorization, this program may not fulfill that requirement
• STEM OPT is not supported
• Participants must be able to work primarily asynchronously in collaboration with AI research teams
