Annotate and evaluate robotics-focused video footage to help train next-generation AI systems. This contractor position is remote, and the work directly shapes how models learn and perform by providing high-quality, real-world annotations. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge and attention to detail are what matter.
Key Responsibilities- Annotate and review robotics-related video clips following detailed assignment guidelines.
- Assess and score video clips for data quality, relevance, and accuracy using a predefined scoring guide.
- Identify and label specific actions, objects, or events within video data, ensuring comprehensive and precise annotations.
- Collaborate with the project team to clarify annotation standards and resolve ambiguities in scoring.
- Document annotation decisions and provide feedback on guideline clarity and effectiveness.
- Perform ongoing quality assurance to confirm annotations meet project requirements.
- Deliver annotations and evaluations consistently within set project timeframes.
- Required skills include video data annotation, general data annotation, attention to detail, and familiarity with AI review concepts.
- Mid-level experience with video data annotation across platforms or projects is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and working with a remote team.
- Previous experience annotating robotics footage or working on robotics-related annotation tasks is heavily preferred.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex annotation guidelines and scoring rubrics.
- Experience with quality assurance processes in data annotation projects is desirable.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently in a remote engagement.
- No prior AI-specific experience is required, candidate domain knowledge is valued.
