Frontend Software Engineer for AI Training

Use expert frontend engineering skills to produce high-quality technical documentation, structured examples, and pixel-accurate UI deliverables that train and improve next-generation AI systems. This contractor role focuses on translating component style guides and screenshots into precise, responsive web components and clear written outputs, rather than building production applications. No prior AI experience is required.

• Create technical documentation and structured examples that capture real-world frontend engineering scenarios.
• Interpret component style guides, design system rules, and interface screenshots to produce visually consistent UI deliverables.
• Implement pixel-perfect, responsive web components using Typescript and CSS3, following accessibility and performance best practices.
• Evaluate UI implementations and styling decisions, and document recommendations and best practices.
• Collaborate asynchronously in a remote-first environment through clear written documentation and constructive feedback.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve inconsistencies or ambiguities in design specifications.
• Optimize UI performance across devices, focusing on fast load times and smooth interactions.
• Contribute domain-specific frontend expertise to guide the training and development of advanced AI models.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience delivering high-quality front-end solutions.
• Proven proficiency with Typescript and CSS3.
• Strong experience with responsive web design principles and implementing pixel-perfect interfaces from detailed visual references.
• Experience working with and extending component style guides and design systems.
• Strong English communication skills, able to document work clearly and collaborate asynchronously.
• Self-motivated and able to deliver autonomously in distributed project environments.
• Advanced degree such as a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is a plus.

• Engagement type: Contractor.
