Transform user research and usability findings into clear, evidence-based documentation that helps improve next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on structuring complex insights, evaluating digital experiences, and communicating actionable recommendations for varied products. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze user research data to identify patterns, user needs, and actionable insights.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations and UX audits to assess usability and alignment with established best practices.
- Create organized research summaries, usability reports, and design-rationale documents.
- Evaluate and document information architecture and interaction design decisions.
- Apply WCAG accessibility standards to assess and improve the inclusivity of digital products.
- Communicate research outcomes and design rationales clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Synthesize complex or conflicting data into concise, structured, evidence-based recommendations.
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, user research, usability testing, or a related field.
- Experience writing research syntheses, usability evaluations, UX audit reports, or comparable documentation.
- Knowledge of heuristic analysis, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
- Practical understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to explain intricate concepts in clear written English.
- A track record of converting complex research findings into actionable, well-structured outputs.
- Experience with leading universities or highly regarded organizations is valued.
