This remote contract role contributes real-world travel and hospitality knowledge to a customer technology project. No prior AI experience is required; your operational expertise is the focus.

• Analyze and test realistic travel operations workflows using booking, reservation, ticketing, or hospitality platforms.
• Evaluate AI-supported travel tools and integrated applications through real-world scenarios.
• Identify, document, and explain incorrect, inefficient, or unrealistic outcomes using professional judgment.
• Provide actionable feedback on usability, platform behavior, and travel-industry requirements.
• Recommend improvements and flag operational gaps based on travel, hospitality, or corporate travel-management best practices.
• Work with project coordinators through concise written feedback and structured input forms.

• Substantial practitioner experience in travel operations, hospitality management, corporate travel, booking platforms, or reservation systems.
• Hands-on workplace experience with reservation, ticketing, or travel-management platforms.
• Ability to assess platform features and workflow results, then explain their practical implications.
• Strong attention to detail and operational judgment when identifying errors or unrealistic scenarios.
• Exceptional written communication skills for structured feedback and reporting.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, similar AI tools, or technology-evaluation projects is helpful.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow documentation, or digital-transformation projects in travel or hospitality is helpful.
