Role Overview
Apply your operations leadership experience to evaluate and improve AI-generated management content and workflows. You will assess outputs involving multi-department operations, staffing, financial oversight, and cross-functional decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated operational plans, staff schedules, performance reviews, and related management materials for accuracy and quality.
- Compare AI responses for operational soundness, financial rigor, and feasibility across departments.
- Review scenarios involving budgeting, staffing, workflow coordination, and performance-improvement decisions, then provide expert feedback.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Director, Business Manager, District Manager, or in a closely related operations leadership role.
- Experience directing multi-department or multi-location operations, including budgeting, staffing, and performance oversight.
- Strong written English communication skills.
Work Terms
- Remote, hourly independent contractor engagement.
- Immediate start.
- Commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
Compensation
- $70 to $110 per hour.
