Role Overview
Contribute HR and administration subject matter expertise to AI development projects by joining a talent network of contract specialists. Members are matched to remote, hourly assignments where they train and evaluate AI models, design realistic HR tasks and deliverables, and provide domain-specific feedback to improve system performance.
Key Responsibilities- Train and evaluate AI models in HR and administration contexts.
- Create tasks, prompts, and deliverables based on real-world HR scenarios, such as talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and policy compliance.
- Provide detailed, domain-specific feedback to help advance AI research and model behavior.
- Professional experience in one or more of: talent acquisition and onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, HR policy and compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration and detailed feedback.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time across contract assignments.
- Engagement type, hourly contract work, remote.
- Projects vary in scope and duration, with typical commitments ranging from 15 to 30 hours per week.
- Assignments are flexible, you work on your own schedule when matched to projects.
- Experts are matched to opportunities on a rolling basis, projects are offered as they become available.
- Pay range, 60 to 80 per hour.
