Role Overview
Assess AI-generated training, onboarding, and learning and development materials, including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Use your subject-matter expertise to evaluate each deliverable for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts using domain-specific quality rubrics.
- Identify factual, visual, and presentation-related errors.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback.
- Apply deep training, onboarding, and L&D expertise when grading outputs.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in training, onboarding, or learning and development.
- Native-level or professional fluency in English.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- An advanced degree, master''s or higher, from a reputable institution is preferred.
Work Terms
- Remote, hourly engagement.
Compensation
- $80 to $120 per hour.
