Evaluate AI-generated training, onboarding, and learning and development materials, helping ensure documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks meet high standards for accuracy, rigor, and presentation quality.
Key Responsibilities- Review AI-generated work products using domain-specific quality rubrics.
- Apply deep training, onboarding, and L&D expertise to assess output quality.
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in training, onboarding, or learning and development.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- Master''s degree or higher from a reputable institution.
- Remote, hourly engagement.
- $80 to $120 per hour.
