Training and Development Evaluator for AI Model Assessment

As an Evaluator specializing in Training, Onboarding, and Learning & Development, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and assessing AI-generated work products such as documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Your expertise will ensure that these outputs meet high standards of accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts using domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in the outputs.
• Provide clear and structured written feedback to enhance quality.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Training, Onboarding, or Learning & Development.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly in Google Slides and PowerPoint.

• Advanced degree (Master''s or higher) from a reputable institution.

This is a remote, hourly engagement.

Hourly rate ranges from $80 to $120.
