Role Overview
Design and deliver learning programs that provide high-quality, real-world input for training next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through clear instructional design, engaging educational content, and effective assessment tools. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Define clear, measurable learning objectives tailored to specific program audiences.
- Design structured learning programs from objectives through modules, activities, and assessments.
- Create engaging digital educational content, including instructional materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Develop basic assessment tools, including quizzes and rubrics, to measure learner progress and achievement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders remotely, maintaining clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Improve program designs and materials in response to feedback and changing project requirements.
- Document processes and best practices to support consistent quality and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in training, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.
- Ability to define learning outcomes and map them to relevant activities and assessments.
- Experience designing educational content for diverse audiences, particularly in remote or digital settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly in a virtual environment.
- Knowledge of creating quizzes, rubrics, and other assessments that evaluate learning impact.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Detail-oriented, proactive approach to delivering high-quality, learner-centered solutions.
Work Terms
- Remote, independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $40 to $75 per hour.
