Training & Development Specialist

Design and deliver learning programs that help improve next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world educational expertise.

Role Overview

This remote contract opportunity focuses on creating structured, learner-centered programs for specific audiences. No previous AI experience is required; your training and instructional-design expertise is central to the work.

Key Responsibilities

• Define clear, measurable learning and program objectives tailored to program audiences.
• Design complete learning pathways, from objectives through modules, activities, and assessments.
• Create engaging digital educational materials, presentations, and related instructional resources.
• Develop basic assessment tools, including quizzes and rubrics, to measure learner progress and achievement.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with remote stakeholders to maintain clarity and alignment throughout the project.
• Refine program designs and materials in response to feedback and changing project requirements.
• Document processes and best practices to support consistent quality and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in training, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.
• Ability to define learning outcomes and connect them to appropriate activities and assessments.
• Experience designing educational content for varied audiences, particularly in remote or digital settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly in a virtual environment.
• Knowledge of assessment design, including quizzes and rubrics, to evaluate learning impact.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt to evolving project needs.
• Detail-oriented, proactive approach with a commitment to high-quality, learner-focused solutions.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $40 to $75 per hour.
