About this role

Casino gaming professionals can leverage their expertise in overseeing table games operations to support AI research through flexible, project-based work. This role allows you to utilize your real-world experience in managing staff and enhancing guest experiences to evaluate AI-generated content, providing valuable feedback that helps improve AI understanding of gaming operations and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design job-related questions and review AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world table games operations.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional experience in casino games management or closely related gaming operations leadership roles.
  • Hands-on experience supervising casino games operations, managing dealers or floor staff, and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while following written guidelines.
  • Professional judgment, reliability, and a high standard of discretion and confidentiality, especially with sensitive or proprietary information.
Work Terms
  • Status: Independent contractor (not a full-time employee role).
  • Location: Fully remote; work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop computer.
  • Schedule: Flexible and asynchronous, with no minimum hour requirement. Many contributors work approximately 5, 20 hours per week when assigned to an active project.
  • Duration: The program runs year-round, with projects opening periodically across different areas of expertise. Placement depends on current project needs, with opportunities for future projects as they become available.
Compensation

Up to $90/hr (depending on the project).

Eligibility

F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Work with your Designated School Official to determine your eligibility. If your school requires a CPT course, this program may not meet your school’s requirements. STEM OPT is not supported.
