Casino Games Manager for AI Evaluation

Table Games Managers apply their casino table-games management experience to evaluate AI-generated content about table games operations, staff supervision, and guest service, providing detailed feedback that improves the AI''s understanding of real-world gaming procedures and service standards.

• Use hands-on experience overseeing table games operations to review AI-generated scenarios, questions, and responses for accuracy and realism.
• Assess AI outputs for correct procedures, regulatory compliance implications, dealer and floor staff behaviors, and guest interaction standards.
• Design or suggest job-related questions and evaluation prompts that reflect real-world table games workflows and edge cases.
• Provide clear, professional feedback on AI responses, citing operational standards, common practices, and any safety or compliance concerns.
• Work independently to follow written guidelines and complete assigned review tasks on an asynchronous schedule.

• 4+ years of professional experience in casino games management or closely related gaming operations leadership roles.
• Current or recent experience in roles such as Table Games Manager, Assistant Table Games Manager, Pit Manager, Pit Boss, Floor Supervisor with table games oversight, Casino Operations Supervisor with significant table games responsibility, or Gaming Manager on casinos, cruise ships, or other regulated gaming environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience supervising table games operations, managing dealers or floor staff, and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document operational feedback clearly.
• Comfortable working independently and following written guidelines, exercising professional judgment and discretion with sensitive or proprietary information.
• No prior AI or technical experience required.

• Engagement type: Independent contractor, part-time.
• Location: Fully remote, work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop computer.
• Schedule: Flexible and asynchronous, with no minimum hour requirement. Many contributors work approximately 5 to 20 hours per week when assigned to an active project.
• Duration and availability: The program runs year-round, with projects opening periodically across different subject areas. Placement on projects depends on current project needs, and candidates who apply may be considered for future projects as they become available.
• Apply once, and if qualified, you will be considered for part-time, project-based assignments as new projects are posted.

Up to $90/hr (depending on the project)

• F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate, subject to approval by your Designated School Official. If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement.
• STEM OPT is not supported for this program.
