Strategic Project Lead, Finance Expertise

Lead high-impact finance data operations for frontier AI projects, serving as the primary contact for leading AI laboratory clients while guiding expert teams that help train and evaluate advanced AI models.

You will own the design and delivery of finance-focused workflows and large-scale data pipelines, with responsibility for data integrity, quality, scalability, and client outcomes. You will report directly to the CEO and Head of Human Data.

• Lead projects from planning through delivery and maintain strong client satisfaction.
• Manage and improve complex finance-specific data pipelines for efficiency, accuracy, and scale.
• Manage Human Data Managers and Leads who review finance subject-matter expert work.
• Communicate directly with AI laboratory clients on large, high-impact initiatives.
• Partner with Human Data Engineers to define, monitor, and improve KPIs across finance workflows.
• Deliver executive-level updates on project status, data performance, and operational impact.

• Strong leadership, team management, data operations, and human data experience.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and interpersonal skills, particularly with senior finance experts.
• Background in finance, financial engineering, economics, accounting, a related discipline, or substantial exposure to financial systems and data.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience driving operations, managing large-scale or finance-heavy data projects, or optimizing complex workflows.
• A startup-minded, entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and execute solutions quickly in high-stakes settings.
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, in a fast-moving environment.

• Full-time, remote role.

• Listed annual compensation range: $400, 000 to $550, 000.
• Base salary range: $180, 000 to $230, 000 USD annually.
• Eligible for equity compensation and potential performance-based bonuses, subject to role and company policies.
